Nice quality item / communication issue

Jumpsuit is very cute. Normally I don’t write reviews but unfortunately when I had a question about my shipping costs and tried to send an email it kept getting bounced back. The web site said free shipping over $60 so I bought an additional item but then I was charged for shipping anyway and couldn’t get in touch with anyone about it. Not a huge deal but also not great.
