We want you to be happy with your purchase so we are more than happy to refund or exchange items, provided that the item is returned:
- In original condition as received
- Unopened (care products)
- With all labels, tags & incidentals (i.e. spare buttons) still attached
Blended by Pip does not offer returns or exchanges on the following items unless faulty:
- Sale Items (this includes store-wide sales, usage of a promotional code etc.)
- Pre-order Items
- Teethers/Dummies/Dummy Chains (for health and safety reasons)
A refund or return is not offered for a change of mind.
Please take care when trying on the item(s) as Blended by Pip is not able to accept returns with marks, smells, or stains. If the item is deemed unsellable it will simply be returned to you, the customer.
With purchasing from Blended by Pip, you have accepted the possibility of slight variations in colour and size specifications. We do try to shoot as natural as possible but colours may appear slightly different dependent on individual monitor settings.
Customers wishing to return goods purchased at Blended by Pip must be in contact within 14 days of receiving the item. Return requests made outside of this return period will not be accepted. Items must then be received back by Blended by Pip within 14 days of the authorization to send it back being provided.

All returned items that do not comply with our returns/exchanges policy may automatically be returned to the customer. Please keep in mind some of Blended by Pip’s products are limited edition & exchanges are subject to availability. If the item you are wishing to exchange for is not in stock, we will contact you to discuss how to proceed.
Please keep in mind postage times when sending your items back. Items received outside of this time frame may not be accepted.
Ensure that all returned items are appropriately sealed and packaged so they will not be damaged in transit. We cannot accept responsibility for returns lost or damaged by the postal service. Blended by Pip recommends sending the items using either a registered or tracked postage service. We are always happy to help, but please direct all enquiries to the company delivering your package.
In accordance with Australian Consumer Law, Blended by Pip will gladly provide a refund or exchange on items deemed faulty and any shipping charges associated with this process.
All goods are being inspected before they are shipped out to you, however in the event where you have received a faulty item, please contact Blended by Pip as soon as possible with an email describing the nature of the issue along with any photographs or videos (if possible) which may help to communicate this. We will then get the return/exchange process started by organising for the faulty item to be returned.
When the return item is received, examined and a refund is approved an email will be sent to the customer confirming refund approval. Please allow five (5) working days for your refund item to be examined and approved. Please allow 1-7 working days for your refund to appear in your bank account.
All consideration on what constitutes a faulty item versus a damaged or misused item will be at the discretion of Blended by Pip.
All refunds are issued in the same payment method used for the initial purchase only. Shipping fees are only refundable when the return or exchange is in relation to a faulty item or where that has been made an error (e.g. dispatching an incorrect item).
